Posters and short talks
The organisers are calling for abstract submissions. You can submit an abstract when you register to attend the event.
Poster abstracts should be a maximum of 2000 characters (including letters, numbers, punctuation and spaces), figures and tables are not allowed in the abstract.
All abstracts submitted will be presented as posters during the meeting.
2. Short talks:
If you would like to be considered to give a short talk please indicate this in the registration form. The organisors will review the submissions and will invite a selection to give short-talks. Short talks will have 10 minutes for presentation and an additional 5 minutes for discussion.

All registration fees include lunch and refreshment breaks as detailed in the programme.
Conference Dinner: £47.50
Includes a 3 course dinner with two glasses of wine and coffee at Magdalene College on Monday 18 July 2016.
The Basic Registration Fee does not include accommodation for the Symposium. Therefore you need to make your own arrangements for accommodation.

The final deadline for registrations is 12:00 noon (UK time) on Wednesday 8 June 2016.
Full payment is required to confirm your place, and should be received by 12:00 noon (UK time) on Wednesday 8 June 2016. Failure to make payment by this date will forfeit your place.
Cancellation of your registration made before Friday 17 June 2016 will be subject to an administrative fee of 65% of your ticket price. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
Dinner cancellations made before Friday 17 June 2016 will be subject to an administrative fee of 50% of the dinner price. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.

We will confirm all cancellation requests within 7 days.
Failure to attend the symposium without written notification will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of fees paid in full.
Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own travel and accommodation
We strongly advise all Symposium delegates take out insurance to cover unforeseen illness, or other circumstances that would prevent you from attending the conference.
If you are applying for a visa and it is declined please note the above cancellation policy will still apply.
Once you have registered and we have received full payment, we can provide you with a formal letter of acceptance and event information to support your visa application. Please let us know as soon as possible after registering if you require this documentation.
